Certificate for Automotive Entrepreneurs and Leaders

Learn to integrate the functions of business through an in-depth examination of the largest single industry in the United States. You will acquire the industry analysis and skills needed to become a successful entrepreneur. You must first know how to analyze opportunities in an industry to become a successful entrepreneur in that industry. Our lab is the auto industry. You will also have an opportunity to focus on developing your personal leadership skills. Each course features numerous presentations by corporate executives, industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

Post-graduate opportunities are available to qualified women and minority applicants through Ford Motor Co.'s Automotive Dealership Education Program for Minorities .

Requirements

• MGT 494 Sustainable Dealership Management (3 credits)
• MGT 494/294 Human Resources (1 credit)
• MGT 494/294 Customer Service (1 credit)
• MGT 494/294 Accounting & Finance (1 credit)
• MGT 484 Automotive Internship (3 credits)
• 6 credit hours of upper division business or economics courses
