Undergraduate - Agribusiness
Accounting for more than 50 percent of the global economy and employing 25 percent of Americans, agribusiness brings food from the farm to the global table. This increasingly competitive, sophisticated and global industry needs innovative leaders who understand its unique challenges and practices. A degree in business with a concentration in agribusiness from the W. P. Carey School prepares you for success in a wide range of careers or graduate studies. You’ll learn the business of agricultural production, finance, marketing and distribution and explore global agribusiness issues such as international trade, food safety and sustainability.
Possible careers for agribusiness graduates include finance and technical positions within private agribusiness firms and governmental agencies, management marketing, and environmental economics.
