Gammage | The last completed public Project of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, Gammage Auditorium is the flagship of Arizona State University's Main Campus. The 3,017 seat hall, named for the former ASU president who inspired its creation, opened on September 18, 1964, with the world famous Philadelphia orchestra, conducted by Eugene Normandy. | | | Gammage is widely regarded as one of the most accoustically superb orchestral halls in the world. Designed with three levels of seating, no seat is further than 110 feet from the stage; staggered continental seating also helps to ensure excellent views from any seat. Throughout the season, visual arts exhibits are displayed in Gammage's spacious lobby galleries. For tickets call the Gammage Box Office at 480-965-3434.
