Disaster Recovery

BIT continually updates and refines its Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan for all enterprise level systems and environments to minimize interruption of critical services. Files from individual workstations that have been stored on the W. P. Carey School central server are backed up and can be restored. Backups are retained for a period of six months. Requests to restore files should be sent to Technical Assistance Center. Please provide name of file to be restored and approximate date of last use.
