Studio Photos

If you are a faculty, staff, or student and need a photo taken for the directory, click the link below to go to the Photo Reservation Calendar.  This calendar is current for when the studio is available.

This link goes to a Google Calendar. Individuals must use a Gmail account to access the Photo Reservation Calendar.  A personal Gmail account or ASU Gmail will work. Everyone has an ASU Gmail account if you don't have a personal Gmail account.  The login name for ASU Gmail accounts is ASURITEID@asu.edu

Available reservation times are in 15 min blocks.  When making a reservation, please replace your name in the What field.(see picture below) 

Things to remember when preparing for your photo shoot.

• Wear comfortable, clean, pressed clothing.
• Don't wear green because you will be photographed on a green screen (background is added later)
  
• Relax, we'll take multiple shots to make sure and get the right one
  

 Photos are formatted for various uses; Information posters displayed around the buildings, WPC Directory, press release or feature article, etc.  You can also receive an electronic copy of your photo.
