Blackboard and Instructional Applications
BIT works with the W. P. Carey Online Learning group to support the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).
W. P. Carey Online Learning provides a range of instructional support services for W. P. Carey faculty in connection with myASU, the university's Blackboard system, managed by UTO, and acts as the School's advocate to improve university instructional systems and resources.
BIT's technology Assistance Center provides first-level contact and direct resolution for many common Blackboard issues, and routes other problems to the W. P. Carey Online Learning group or the University Technology Office, as appropriate. BIT's Instructional technology Support group supports systems for recording lectures and presentations, group collaboration software, and web conferencing.
To request Blackboard course set-up, please complete the Blackboard Course Request Form via the link above, or under MySchool tools. Other services can be requested by contacting the Technical Assistance Center.
