Q: Who can use SDC and how do I get access?

Q: Is there any documentation available for SDC?

A: Yes. A user manual is available in PDF format. It can be accessed from SDC's help menu.

 

Q: I tried to connect to SDC but nothing happened. What is wrong?

A: SDC has a simultaneous user limit. When the limit is reached, additional connections are refused. If this occurs, the status lights on the bottom right corner of the application window will stop blinking and turn green.
