Walk-up Service (Graduate Suite & Off-site)
Available to: Graduate Students
The technical support team located in the Graduate Suite will assist all W. P. Carey Graduate students to access to the Internet and connect to the suite and MBA classroom printers. Graduate students can also receive assistance with ASU virus installation. Graduate student can bring their laptop to the help desk for a hardware and configuration review. Technicians can review a computer provide a summary of the configuration stability and hardware capabilities. Technicians can make recommendations for service, configuration changes and repairs.
Complete hardware and configuration support is available for individuals who purchase one of the specified program laptops (Dell Laptop Purchase). If a program laptop stops working or has hardware failure a student can receive a loaner until their computer is back and running. If a program laptop will not boot or the software configuration is having problems, the technicians at the help desk can reimage the laptop back to a known good configuration
Graduate students who attend class at Off-site locations can receive the same type and level of support. There are technicians assigned at each Off-site location. These student workers can provide technical assistance each night of class

Friday & Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:00 PM
Sunday from 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM
