Classroom Technology Support

Available to: Faculty and Staff

This service supports academic courses, large group meetings, and special events. We maintain the technology infrastructure of all W. P. Carey School classrooms, seminar rooms and lab facilities in BA and BAC buildings. Additionally, we provide on-demand training and demonstrations in the use of classroom technology, and emergency service on systems that malfunction during class presentations. A direct classroom help-line is posted next to the phone in all classrooms for emergency support.

This service works closely with the School’s departments and service units in designing and installing advanced computer and audio/visual technology in classrooms and other settings
