Undergraduate Students

UTO provides 200 MB of centralized data storage for all undergraduates. See the UTO Knowledge Base for instructions to get started using this space.

Graduate Students

BIT provides a centralized data storage system for all graduate students. Students have individual network home folder of 250MB. Space is also available upon request for data files shared within teams.

Faculty and Staff

BIT provides a centralized data storage system for general enterprise and academic data files. Data is secure and backed up regularly. An individual can restore a file deleted from any folder which they have permission to without having to request assistance from BIT. BIT's Centralized Data Storage Services and hosting is comprised of two core services: one for enterprise data used for business functions and the other is for academic data used for research or instruction.

• Faculty and staff have individual network storage space of 1GB that is expandable on request. Please contact the Technical Assistance Center to increase your network storage space.
• Departmental Shared space and inter-departmental shared space for data files is available on request.
