There are numerous network resources that individuals can access. These resources vary in the way the connection is made. Some resources are intuitive and easy to access while others can be a little complicated. The following links provide detailed information about the various network resources and how to access them.

• Accounts, Network Access & Permissions
  

  Everything keys on your university-issued ASURITE ID. Members of the W. P. Carey community have additional access to School-specific resources based on your university ID.
  Available to: Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• Campus E-mail
  

  Most faculty, staff and full-time grad students use Outlook-Exchange for e-mail. (Undergrads and part-time grad students use ASU/GMail or other personal/company e-mail accounts)
  Available to: Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• Mass E-mail Communications
  

  The Web Administration team working in conjunction with Marketing and Communications to support college wide mass email needs
  Available to: Faculty, Staff and Departments

• Instant Messaging
  

  Instant messaging is allowed but is not yet officially supported at ASU.
  Available to: Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• Virtual Workgroup Collaboration
  

  A number of software tools facilitate working together over the Internet.

• Network File Services
  

  Centralized disk storage is made available for enterprise and academic data file storage.
  Available to: Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• Network Print Services
  

  Get connected to a printer near you.
  Available to: Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• Network Connectivity
  

  Individuals can access the internet at ASU using either wired or wireless connections. Wireless connectivity is available everywhere on campus and throughout much of downtown Tempe.

• Web Access to campus services
  

  You can access your ASU e-mail from anywhere using a Web browser. Many ASU administrative services are available through the ASU Web.
  Available to: Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff

• VPN (secure internet access to ASU) and Remote Desktop from home
  

  Connect to the ASU network or your office computer from home or while traveling. It’s just like being there!

• Citrix for access to special services or software
  

  For convenient use of ASU-provided software not installed on your home or office computer.
