Business Career Fair
The Business School Council and the Business Career Center have joined together to host Spring to Success, the largest career fair sponsored by the W. P. Carey School of Business.

2nd Floor ASU, Tempe Campus
Spring to Success is an annual recruiting event exclusively for students in the W. P. Carey School of Business. Spring to Success creates a venue for premier employers to meet high caliber candidates. This fair reinforces the value of personal contacts in the recruitment process and highlights the excellent qualifications of W. P. Carey School of Business students.

Registration and Fee
Pre-registration is required for this event. Individual booth space can be reserved for $500. Be sure to register and reserve your space. Payments may be made by credit card or company check.

All funds will be deposited with the ASU Foundation for a New American University, a separate non-profit organization that exists to support ASU. Due to the value of benefits provided, this payment is not considered a charitable contribution.

Parking
Parking has been reserved for recruiters attending Spring to Success in Apache Blvd. and Rural Road Parking structures. Due to limited parking availability, all parking is on a first come, first served basis.
Note: Please check-in with the parking attendant on duty and let them know your company is attending Spring to Success. Space may still be available even if the Lot Full sign is out.
Over flow parking can be found in Gammage Parking, Lot 3. Ask for day pass. For your convenience golf carts will be available at each location to assist you to and from the event. See map link below.

Space/Equipment Details
We will provide a six-foot table and two chairs as well as a sign with your company's name. You are welcome to bring appropriately sized booth signage, handouts and promotional items.
Shipping Details
If you prefer, you may send your materials in advance of the fair. Due to limited storage space, please arrange for your materials to arrive no earlier than Jan. 23, 2012 three days prior to the event.

Student Interviews
If you are interested in interviewing candidates while on campus, you have two convenient options:
Contact Rita Jennings at (480) 727-0348 to reserve interviewing space for Friday, Jan. 27, 2012. Reservations are on a space availability basis.
Contact ASU Career Services at (480) 965-5112, if you need interview rooms other than Jan. 27th
Interviewing space is limited so please make your request as soon as possible after you register.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once registration has been submitted, ALL fees and/or charges are the responsibility of the individual/organization who initially submitted the registration.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing to Rita.Jennings@asu.edu no later than January 16 2012 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations, transfers and refunds are subject to a $ 25.00 processing fee.
No refunds will be given after January 19, 2012 regardless of the circumstances that prevent the individual/organization from attending any event(s) listed or associated with the registration for the Spring to Success Career Fair.

By registering and participating in the W. P. Carey School of Business Spring to Success, you are agreeing to grant permission to the Arizona Board of Regents, on behalf of Arizona State University and its agents or employees, to copyright and publish all or any part of photographs and/or motion pictures and/or voice recordings and/or written/spoken statements taken of me while attending the W. P. Carey School of Business Spring to Success, for use in publications, including printed, moving, audio and electronic, all exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercial art, and advertising purposes in any media without limitation or reservation. Please notify on-site photographer/videographer if you wish to decline.
