First-year students enroll in core coursework parallel to that of all MBA students. In the second year, students in the real estate specialization focus their studies on a track that best positions the student for rapid advancement of career objectives.
Core real estate courses emphasize the powerful interface between real estate and finance. Elective courses are available in law, construction, design and environmental studies from disciplines across the university. A minimum of 18 credit hours of real estate coursework is required, including a field study project.
