Cancellation Policy

• The application fee is non-refundable.
• A cancellation request received at least 6 weeks prior to the program will be refunded 100% of the program fee.
• A cancellation request received at least 1 day prior to the start of a program will be refunded 50% of the program fee.
• A cancellation request received after a course has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
• A substitution with a qualified candidate may be made at no additional charge if requested at least one week prior to the start of a program.
