This Real Estate Development Certificate course teaches the basic concepts of financial analysis and how to determine if a proposed project will achieve required financial objectives. In this course, basics of real estate investment analysis are taught. The focus is on concepts, their application, and how an idea can be modeled, to have a better understanding of the projects financial implications.

Real Estate Land Development

This capstone course ties all the Real Estate Development Certificate program concepts together, focusing on the application of the fundamental tenets of the real estate development process and using what has been learned in the previous classes to create an implementation strategy and operational plan.

Program Cost
The cost of the Real Estate Development Certificate is $8,000 (total for 4 courses). A 5% discount is available to ASU alumni. Other discounts are available for members of various associations.

Cancellation policy
- A cancellation request received at least one week prior to the program will be refunded 100% of the program fee.
- A cancellation request received at least one day prior to the start of a program will be refunded 50% of the program fee.
- A cancellation request received after a course has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
- A substitution with a qualified candidate may be made at no additional charge if requested at least one week prior to the start of a program.
