- Aimee Ellis (PhD ASU, 2008) is a finalist for the prestigious 2009 Academy of Management Newman Award, given to the best Academy paper based on a dissertation. Aimee's dissertation was entitled "The impact of corporate social responsibility on employee attitudes and behaviors” and the AOM paper under consideration for the award is under the same title.
