Amy Ou - "I did not expect to have a buddy mechanism before I came to ASU; however, it turned out to be an incomparable plus to me! My officemate is my buddy; we share a lot and I learn most of my necessary tacit knowledge and research related skills from her. In fact, we recently have two papers accepted by AOM.

I can not say how lucky I am to be in such a wonderful community, where I can feel free to ask for help from whomever and anytime I want. I expect that the department will continue to build on the sense of community and the helping culture, so that any big brother and sister will naturally become handy and welcome helpmates to all new comers.

By all means, as a new Ph.D. student, I feel cared for and supported."

Our doctoral students continue to publish journal articles and book chapters at a prolific rate.  Please click here to see their publications from 2007 on.

Congratulations to our four most recent graduates (or soon to be graduates) on their new Assistant Professor positions!  Beginning in the fall of 2008, Aimee Ellis will be joining the faculty of Ithaca College, Heechun Kim will be starting at Wayne State University, Christy Shropshire will be beginning at the University of Georgia, and Robby White will be starting a visiting position at Purdue University.
