Program Deposit

To reserve your seat in the Full-time MBA class, you must:

• Pay the $500 enrollment deposit and association fee
• Complete the Admissions Response & Enrollment Authorization Form

The deposit and Admissions Response & Enrollment Authorization Form must be submitted within the time frame associated with your application date or the deposit deadline stated in your letter of admission. The Admissions Response & Enrollment Authorization Form will be accessible through MyWPCarey after you are admitted. Your admissions representative is available to help you through this process.

Admitted students will pay a second enrollment confirmation deposit of $500 in April, which will be applied to your student account during the first semester.

Payment Methods:

• Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or debit cards. Pay through your Enrollment Checklist .
• Money order payable to the ASU Foundation and mailed to the address below.
• Phone: 480-965-9180. You may call the deposit phone line for assistance or to make a credit card payment.

As a student you are a member of the W. P. Carey MBA Association. The association fee is non-refundable and supports educational, community service, orientation and social activities throughout the year. The association also provides support to other MBA student organizations that allow open attendance at certain functions.

Notes:

• All funds are deposited to the ASU Foundation, a separate non-profit organization that exists to support the university.
• Due to the value of benefits provided, this payment is not considered a charitable contribution for U.S. tax reporting purposes.
• Your first-year course registration cannot be initiated on your behalf until your Admission Response and Enrollment Authorization and enrollment deposit are received.
• Enrollment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Complete electronically within your Enrollment Checklist or mail your deposit and a completed and signed Admission Response and Enrollment Authorization, along with your letter of admission, to:
