Career Leadership is an intensive career course designed to define and develop your professional goals, help you build a personal action plan, and refine your résumé, cover letters, networking, personal branding, and interviewing skills.

Learn tools for career management and key job search prospecting techniques to make informed choices regarding an internship while attending the W. P. Carey MBA program, as well as a full-time position after you graduate.

Learning approaches, from case discussions to networking events, help you achieve a complete foundation for career success. Form new perspectives by drawing from your own experiences as well as those of second-year students and professionals you'll meet with as part of the course. You will also work with a member of our career management team to discuss your personal results. Through ongoing career coaching sessions, you will develop the skills necessary to be successful in finding your desired internship and full-time employment.
