Transcripts

One set of sealed, official transcripts from every college and university attended should be sent, including community college transfer credits and advanced college credit courses.

International transcript requirements are more detailed. Include in the packet a Supplemental Document Cover Sheet. Please include your Document Reference Number on each of the items. This information is used for authentication and matching purposes only.

Once you have collected your transcripts from all institutions attended, please forward them to the ASU Graduate College in a complete package with all supplemental documents as outlined in the Supplemental Document Cover Sheet.

If additional transcripts are required, the ASU Division of Graduate Studies will notify you.

Note: Official transcripts for students who previously attended Arizona State University do not need to be submitted.
