MBA / Master of Health Sector Management (Dual Degree)

The W. P. Carey MBA/MHSM is a 23 month professional program, granting two discrete degrees. This revolutionary program provides the health sector with highly-trained administrators who possess specialized skills for the rapidly changing pace of the healthcare industry.

Students begin their studies with an intensive summer session. This series of MHSM courses are key to understanding and managing in the challenging health care delivery system as well as in complex business organizations that support health care.

Students delve into the core W. P. Carey MBA business principles and tools which is delivered in four terms. Additionally, one health sector management course is taken.

During the second year, MBA/MHSM students have the opportunity to chose one of the W. P. Carey MBA business specializations to enhance their studies. Five additional health sector management courses are taken.

• Integrative Seminar: Current Health Market Issues

Application Process
Applicants interested in pursuing the MBA/MHSM dual degree must complete the application requirements for both degree programs.
