Carey MBA students have reached over 90% employment within three months of graduation since the introduction of a required core curriculum course in Career Leadership in 2003. In 2007 employment at three months from graduation set a record high of 97.4% with 89.5% of the class employed on or before graduation. Overall compensation levels have increased 20% over last year even though students do not consider salary as the most important factor in making their employment decision. Major reasons for W. P.
