Emerging Leaders Program

In an effort to provide the W. P. Carey MBA curriculum to high-achieving students, the W. P. Carey MBA will enroll a limited number of students in the full-time program under the Emerging Leaders Program.

The Emerging Leaders Program will allow undergraduate students who will complete a bachelor’s degree in the fall or spring semester to be directly admitted into the W. P. Carey MBA – Full-time Program without the two year post bachelor’s degree full-time work experience requirement.

The W. P. Carey MBA program seeks the following in Emerging Leaders Program applicants:

• Undergraduate coursework in accounting and/or economics
• A strong academic profile (GPA and GMAT score)
• Internship/co-op experiences
• Significant leadership positions/skills in extra-curricular activities
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, professionalism, drive and motivation
• Past experience working and contributing to a team
