Ranked #13 in the world by The Wall Street Journal, the W. P. Carey Executive MBA offers a comprehensive general management curriculum spread over two academic years. Core business courses are augmented by additional off-site courses to provide a rich learning experience.
The Business and Public Policy course, which takes you to the Arizona State Capitol and Washington D.C., is offered in year one and the International Practicum, which takes you overseas, is held in year two.

Notes Regarding the Executive MBA Curriculum
- Classes meet twice monthly on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Tempe campus
- The International Practicum course is held on-site in an international location selected by you and your classmates
- Exact course meeting dates are determined by the ASU academic calendar and are available approximately four months prior to orientation on the website for newly admitted students
- Sequencing of courses may vary from year to year in response to a changing business environment
- You are responsible for individual air travel costs associated with the off-campus components of the program
