Reynold Byers Dr. Byers conducts research in the fields of service operations management, design and management of telephone centers, financial service operations strategy, and performance measurement in services. His work has been published in numerous journals, including Journal of Management Information Systems and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
Michal Matějka Michal Matějka has been selected as the Harvey and Missy Jabara Family Accounting Professor, recognizing an outstanding younger W. P. Carey faculty member of rising reputation. His research interests are in the areas of organizational design, performance measurement and incentive compensation. He serves on the editorial board of The Accounting Review and Contemporary Accounting Research and is an ad-hoc reviewer for multiple journals.
Laurel Anderson A renowned expert in both marketing and community health, Dr. Anderson centers her research on cultural worlds, health well-being and challenges and strengths related to poverty, culture and immigration. In her research, she utilizes predominantly interpretive and community participatory action research methods. She serves on the editorial review boards of Journal of Consumer Research, Consumption, Culture and Markets, and Journal of Advertising. |
