From my perspective...

As a former youth pastor, I knew I had a career transition ahead of me when I entered the program. With the guidance of the Career Center, I was able to land a prestigious job offer with Bank of America, ultimately joining its leadership rotation program. I found the case study method provided immediate application of theory in a real-world situation. To complement the on-campus courses, I also participated in one of the international electives, travelling to China where we toured the facilities of two large local companies and learned about doing business in Asia. Prior to the international portion of the course, the class met to discuss the language and cultural norms, allowing us to gain the most while overseas. The extraordinary personalized service from the staff of the program was outstanding as they took care of so many of the logistical issues that accompany going back to school.
