Application RequirementsWeb-based ApplicationThis web-based application collects the majority of information required by the Division of Graduate Studies, as well as the supplemental information needed by the specific W. P. Carey MBA program to which you are applying. Sections include:
Required EssaysYour required essays must be submitted using the web-based application. Visit http://wpcarey.asu.edu/mba/eve/adms-essay.cfm to learn more about current essay questions. Essays must be uploaded in a file formatted as Text (*.txt), Rich Text (*.rtf), or Microsoft Word (*.doc). Responses should be limited to 700 words per essay (approximately two (2) double-spaced pages per essay). Current ResumeYour resume (two page maximum) should include the following:
Candidate resumes should also list and briefly describe all extracurricular and community/civic activities and the level of your involvement (i.e., as a founding member, an appointed or elected officer, etc.). GMATArrangements to schedule an exam should be made directly with a GMAT testing center, and request that your scores be submitted to Arizona State University. More test information, including school codes, may be found at http://wpcarey.asu.edu/mba/eve/adms-gmat.cfm. For applicants who retake the GMAT, the W. P. Carey MBA will only consider the highest score and does not average scores. English ProficiencyClick here to see if you will be required to demonstrate English proficiency. Items MailedImmediately upon final submission of your web-based application, you will see your Document Reference Number displayed. We ask that you include this reference number on all supplemental application items. This number will assist in the "matching" of your application materials. The following items should be forwarded to the Division of Graduate Studies in a single and complete mailing (with your Document Reference Number on each of the items).
