Shanghai Finance Track Cohort 1 Opening Ceremony, Fall 2003 The program is designed for senior level executives of state owned firms as well as high ranking officials in charge of policymaking and regulations. The program has enjoyed the supports from the leadership of Ministry of Finance, Shanghai city government as well as other key government agencies such as Shanghai Securities Exchange, China Securities and Regulatory Commission, and China Banking Regulatory Commission.
