Master of Real Estate Development

Developed in partnership between the W. P. Carey School of Business, the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and the Del E. Webb School of Construction,  the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) is a one-year transdisciplinary program that aligns principled classroom instruction with dynamic real-world application.

Over the course of the fast-paced one-year program, you will be fully immersed in the cornerstone disciplines of real estate development, with instruction by faculty from the schools of design, law, construction and business.

Utilizing actual case studies and complex projects to heighten your knowledge and strategic decision-making, the Master of Real Estate Development curriculum allows you to interact with fellow students representing local, regional and national municipal and public entities, corporate development companies, and private owners, and gives you an opportunity to have your work evaluated by industry professionals.

Our graduates emerge with an intensive background in development skills that lead to a variety of opportunities in the private and public sectors.
