Evaluation Process
As part of the evaluation process, an Admissions Committee reviews applications for the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Resume complete with years of experience and descriptions of applicable work that pertains to real estate development
- Personal Statement reflecting your interest in the program and how it will apply towards a lifelong career
- 3 recommendation letters from professionals who can endorse your individual work experience including skill level, performance in group or team activities and aptitude in problem solving and analysis in work related situations
- Official Transcripts
- GMAT - GMAT scores can range from 200 to 800 and are valid for five years from the test date
- The GRE or LSAT will also be reviewed if you have recently taken an exam
- TOEFL Exam score (International Students): The minimum TOEFL requirement is 550 (PBT) or 213 (CBT) or 83 (iBT)
