The MRED Advantage
The nine-month MRED program is a unique partnership between the W. P. Carey School of Business and the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and the Del E. Webb School of Construction. MRED graduates learn cornerstone disciplines as well as critical and strategic thinking skills about of the business of real estate development.
As an MRED student, you will:
- Benefit from membership in associations such as the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Office and Industrial Parks with access to leading industry partners
- Engage in team-based, real-world projects that synthesize the spectrum of development, from residential to income-producing to public-private partnerships
- Learn from faculty who are currently working in the industry
