Raghu Santanam

Raghu Santanam
Associate Professor of Information Systems

Dr. Santanam received his Ph.D. in management information systems from SUNY Buffalo in 1999. His main research interests are in business process change, information supply chains and collaborative decision making. His work has been published in refereed international journals such as Information Systems Research, Management Science, Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce, Decision Support Systems and Expert Systems with Applications. He is on the editorial boards of Information Systems Research, Decision Support Systems and the Journal of the Association for Information Systems.


Benjamin Shao

Benjamin Shao
Associate Professor of Information Systems

Dr. Shao joined the Department of Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his Ph.D. His research interests include the strategic impacts of IT, IS security, health care IT, distributed collaborative systems, and software project management. He has been serving on the editorial board of six IS journals. At ASU, he has been recognized for teaching excellence at both the department and school levels. He is a member of AIS, ACM and INFORMS.


Paul Steinbart

Paul Steinbart
Professor of Information Systems

Dr. Steinbart joined the ASU business school from Saint Louis University, where he was the Ernst & Young Professor of Accounting. His research interests include information security and the effects of graph design on decision making. He is currently the editor of the Journal of Information Systems and co-author of the leading textbook on accounting information systems. He earned his Ph.D. from Michigan State University.
