Kearny Trade
Shaping the way we think about trade
The United States and China face significant challenges – and opportunities – as they confront the future possibilities of trade. The Kearny Alliance and Arizona State University have partnered to proactively address the global trade challenges and help shape the next generation of trade infrastructure.
Considering the path to more productive trade relations
In the spirit of cultivating more productive, sustainable trade relationships, The Kearny Alliance – ASU Forums on Trade, China, and the World Economic Order will explore potential solutions to issues and challenges that will be mutually beneficial to the United States and China. Taking into account each country’s culture and stage of development. These interlinked, international forums will cultivate strategic conversations, explore possibilities for long-term gains, and develop pathways to deal with shorter term concerns.
Recommending actionable items
Forum discussions will explore the interdependencies and benefits of trade, and examine the social, environmental, and political forces that have affected past and present patterns. This dialogue will lead to conversations about how the United States and how China can shape policy and practice to support more robust economic integration and partnerships. These conversations will be captured through a series of articles and white papers which will be posted on this site as they become available.
