What is Limdep?

• This econometric package is designed for use with cross section data with a heavy emphasis on limited dependent variable models. A wide range of models can be estimated including: Logit, tobit, sample selection, parametric and non- parametric survival data models, discrete choice, and poisson regression. LIMDEP also has ordinary regression and descriptive statistics facilities as well as a wide range of diagnostic procedures. In addition the package has access to minimization and matrix algebra routines.
• The School of Business subscription covers both Limdep 8.0 and Nlogit 3.0.

NOTE: With Limdep 8, Nlogit is directly integrated into the program. There is no longer a separate icon for Nlogit as with previous versions.
