Datastream
provides extensive current and historical coverage of
fundamental data for international equity, bond, commodities,
foreign exchange and futures markets. Macroeconomic statistics
and company accounts for listed companies are also available.
Datastream
data can be accessed either through an Excel add-in or through
a stand alone application, DSWindows. However, the College of
Business only has one account. If a user is unable to retrieve
data or log on to the Datastream service, another user is
already accessing the service.
In
addition, Thomson Financial has deployed a web interface that
can be accessed at: http://nav3.datastream.com/Navigator/ A
guide to the Navigator 3 interface is available at: www.datastream.com/navigator/Quick_Guide_to_Navigator_3.pdf
