Business IT Helpful Camcorder Files

Instructions on Using the Camcorder Files

To utilize the camcorder files, click on the link below that you would like to view. You should be prompted with the following window.

You will have 2 (two) choices.

If you are a remote user (utilizing a dial-up connection), you should select "Save this program to disk" and run the movie after you download it to your remote local drive
If you are a local user on an Ethernet connection, then you should choose "Run this program from its current location" (See the example below)

Select OK

You should then receive the following response:

Select Yes only if you are connecting directly via an Ethernet connection. You do not want to run these camcorder files across a modem connection.
