For International Applicants Only
The deadline for international applications is January 15, 2010. International students are responsible for knowing, and abiding by, any and all visa and immigration requirements established by the University and/or United States government entities. TOEFL
The TOEFL is required for international applicants. Please visit our TOEFL requirements page to see under what conditions it may be waived.
Bachelor’s Degree Equivalency
To determine if your previous educational background is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree, please contact the ASU Graduate College at 480-965-6113 or gradadmiss@asu.edu. The Graduate College makes the determination as to whether your previous education meets the requirements to enter a graduate program at ASU. Please visit our Transcripts page to determine the requirements for providing ASU with official academic credentials as part of your application.
Financial Guarantee
A financial guarantee form must be completed and submitted with proof of funds. Please visit the Graduate College website to download the form.
Scholarships/Assistantships
Due to the nature of the program, the department does not offer any scholarships or assistantships.
Conditional Admission
The MSIM program does not offer conditional admission for international applicants. All students must meet the minimum requirements and apply by the published deadlines.
Fall/Spring Admission
The MSIM program only starts once a year in the summer (June). We do not admit students for the fall or spring semesters.
