Application Deadlines

The Admissions Committee reviews applications each Spring for the class of students selected to begin the Doctoral Program each Fall semester.

• Admission is granted for the Fall term only.
• The application deadline is January 15
• The supporting documents deadline is February 1

Since the W. P. Carey doctoral program does not utilize a "rolling admissions" model, applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

The Division of Graduate Studies will notify all applicants in writing of the School's admission decision. The Division of Graduate Studies cannot guarantee you will receive a response on or before a specific date. Offers of financial assistance cannot be deferred. Application and supporting materials remain on file for one year.

Although your degree program office may contact you during the review of your application, only the Dean of the Division of Graduate Studies can make a formal offer of admission.
