Graduate Emphasis in Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Finance
Graduate finance courses with a private equity component.The central course is Finance 594, Entrepreneurial Finance, taught by Professor Laura Lindsey, who has done extensive research and consulting in the areas of private equity and venture capital. Supporting courses with components related to private equity, venture capital, and/or entrepreneurial finance include: Finance 502, Finance 561, Finance 594. The department also offer a course in the MBA for Executives Program, Finance 591, that addresses issues in private equity, VC, and entrepreneurship. Syllabus
