Executive Education - Cross Cultural Dynamics: Leading through Diversity
Cross Cultural Dynamics: Leading through Diversity
Successfully business leaders share the common challenge of overcoming geographic and cultural distances while building and leading agile multi- cultural teams. While advancements in technology and communications has indeed made this easier, there still exists formidable cultural barriers that continue to challenge leaders, even those with proven track records within their own cultural contexts. This workshop on Cross-Cultural Dynamics will combine participants’ experiences with theoretical frameworks and models in an interactive learning environment to reach the following objectives.
- Understand the dynamics, opportunities and challenges in cross- cultural situations
- Recognize personal strengths and areas for improvement in cultural intelligence
- Identify strategies to successfully lead multi-cultural teams
