Executive Education - Program Overview

Program Overview

Business plans are outdated the moment the ink dries. Through the Lean Launch Principles program, you’ll discover tools to effectively launch new businesses and new products, and identify market interest in new services.

Built on the core concepts of Lean Startup, Lean Launch Principles explores the customer development methodology, focusing on a belief that resources are not used to pursue a new product or service until assumptions are validated and market interest is confirmed. Success if never guaranteed, but Lean Launch Principles can help you learn faster and spend less along the way.
