The ability to provide effective feedback and seek feedback for performance improvement and growth are critical leadership skills. Yet this is a skill that challenges many in leadership roles. This workshop addresses the basic principles of giving and receiving feedback effectively and the common barriers that negatively impact these processes. This interactive session will provide participants an opportunity to practice some key skills in this area and walk away with ideas that can be applied in any organization.
