Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

The Department of Economics at Arizona State University is now inviting applications for tenure-track and tenured positions. Scholarship in any field of economics is welcome. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Economics and have academic work experience; applications of Ph.D. candidates will not be considered. Applicants must demonstrate their research potential as evidenced by research papers for assistant professor applicants and a substantial record of publications and ongoing research for associate/full professor applicants.

The initial application deadline is December 1, 2014; if not filled, every two weeks thereafter until search is closed. A background check is required for employment. AA/EEO

Clinical Professor

The Department of Economics in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University seeks qualified applicants for Clinical Professor positions of all ranks. All candidates must have a Ph.D. in Economics, a demonstrated interest in teaching in the field of economics, and have evidence of successful teaching activity, appropriate to rank.

Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the department’s mission in teaching and institutional commitment and to deliver instruction of economic courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels. Professional activity of an academic nature also expected.

A number of positions are available. The positions are full-time with no tenure implications. Renewal is contingent upon availability of funds, satisfactory performance, and the needs of the university. Salary is competitive and dependent upon qualifications, experience, and rank.
