Capacity Overrides

Students who wish to be considered for a capacity override should fill out the required capacity override form, available below or from the Department of Economics office, BAC 659.  The form should be turned in at the Department of Economics, or sent via e-mail to Dr. Jerry Kingston (jerry.kingston@asu.edu).  These requests will be evaluated during the week before classes begin, with final decisions being made one or two days before classes begin.  Most requests for capacity overrides cannot be accommodated.  As a result, students who file a capacity override request form should continue to check on-line to see if a space will open up in the class they wish to attend.

Prerequisite Overrides

1) Fill out a Prerequisite Override Form,

and

2) Take the override form to the Department of Economics front desk in BAC 659.

Transfer Overrides

Students who transfer a prerequisite course from schools outside of Arizona must:

1) Fill out a Prerequisite Override Form,

and

2) Take the override form to the Department of Economics front desk in BAC 659.
