Executive of the Year

Each year the W. P. Carey School Dean’s Council of 100 honors a business leader whose contribution is recognized as significant, whose inspired management has created and sustained superior organizational performance, and whose presence exemplifies a model for future business leaders.

The Dean's Council of 100 honored Brian Walker, President and CEO, Herman Miller, Inc. as the Executive of the Year on March 20, 2007. Other recent Executive of the Year honorees include Meg Whitman (CEO, eBay), Michael Dell (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dell Inc.) and Howard Schultz (Chairman and Chief Global Strategist, Starbucks Coffee Company).
