Pricing

Your registration fee includes all program materials, continental breakfast, beverages and snacks throughout the day, as well as lunch on the day of the program.

Timeline for travel

We are currently working on determining the date and location for our next Service Metrics workshop.  This is a one-day program.  We will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude at 4:00 p.m. The classroom will open at 7:30 a.m. and we will provide continental breakfast.

Hotel

Our host hotel is the Courtyard Tempe by Marriott hotel, located downtown, and is a ten minute free shuttle ride from your flight into Sky Harbor Airport. From there you are just blocks from downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. Boating, fishing and kayaking on Tempe Town Lake, hiking picturesque Papago Park, the Tempe restaurants, shops and microbreweries of the Mill Avenue District and the California Angels Spring Training Games at Tempe Diablo Stadium, all minutes from your Tempe hotel. For the workshop, we have negotiated a special unpublished room rate of $145.00 plus tax, single or double. Cancellation policy

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, a colleague may come in your place. If you must cancel your registration, there is no charge for a cancellation received prior to the determined cutoff date.  After that date there is a $100 cancellation fee, with no-shows being charged 100 percent of the tuition.
