Every organization suffers failures, but this course demonstrates how successful organizations turn that failure into stronger customer relationships and greater profitability. It details methods for recovering quickly from service failures and teaches participants ways to make systematic improvements that prevent future failures.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have:
- Comprehension of the customer perspective no service failure and recovery
- Understanding of why service recovery is important to organizations
- Ability to apply the steps of the service recovery processes
- Techniques for handling difficult or irate customers
