Call for Papers - The 2008 Logic and Science of Service - The New Wealth and Wellbeing of Nations, June 19-21, 2008, Shidler College of Business, University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii Submission Deadline: January 31, 2008. All abstracts should be submitted to lss2008@hawaii.edu. Accepted authors will be notified by approximately March 1, 2008. To foster discussion, attendance will be limited. Authors of accepted abstracts will have priority.
