Nancy J. Stephens will link the key ideas from our faculty to the realities of your business challenges.  She teaches marketing management courses to students who are working professionals enrolled in the Evening, Corporate and Mexico City MBA Programs.  Dr. Stephens has taught courses and seminars at universities and professional organizations around the world, including Tsinghua University in Beijing, Instituto Technologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City, The Toulouse Business School in France, the World Marketing Congress in Malta, the Internal Revenue Service, Tri-West Corporation, IBM Global Services, YRC Worldwide, Pearson Learning and many others.

Chapman and Associates

Randall G. Chapman assist clients with executive education and with marketing strategy, marketing analysis and research, marketing planning, and supply chain management.  Dr. Chapman has taught at Arizona State University, Indiana University, Vanderbilt University, the University of Michigan, Washington University, Boston University, the University of Alberta, the University of Chicago and Queen's University.  The simulation piece of the event is the creation of Drs. Randall Chapman and Ruth Bolton.  Dr. Chapman has been designing and running business simulations effectively in MBA and corporate settings for over 20 years.  Among his areas of consulting practice are customer needs assessment, market segmentation, product/service design and pricing, repositioning analysis and strategy, and marketing planning. He has broad experience with business-to-business, service and consumer organizations.  Dr. Chapman specializes in applying quantitative techniques to marketing problems.
