W. P. Carey School of Business Undergraduate Convocation

Spring 2012 Convocation: Thursday, May 3, 2012, 8:00 a.m., Wells Fargo Arena

Convocation honors graduating students of the W. P. Carey School of Business. Graduates should plan to arrive at the West Tunnel of Wells Fargo Arena at 7:00 a.m.. Doors of Wells Fargo Arena will open for guests at 7:00 a.m.. Convocation lasts approximately 2 hours.

University Commencement

Spring 2012 Commencement: Thursday, May 3, 2012, 7:30 p.m., Sun Devil Stadium

Commencement is the official Arizona State University ceremony for graduates. All graduates are encouraged to attend this ceremony. Graduates should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m.. Commencement lasts 90 minutes.

Barrett, The Honors College Convocation

Spring 2012 Convocation: Wednesday, May 2, 2012, 7:30 pm, Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium

Barrett, The Honors College will hold a convocation ceremony to honor and recognize undergraduate students graduating with honors. Graduates should plan to arrive at Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium by 6:30 p.m.

Official Photographer

Grad Images, Inc. is the official convocation photographer. All graduates are photographed twice. A proof sheet and price list will be emailed to each graduate approximately 10 days after the ceremony. Parking

Wondering where to park?

Parking for commencement is available at no cost to students and guests in Structure 5, Structure 7 or Lot 59.

Disabled Resources:

Lot 58 (located on the northeast side of the WFA) has been reserved for disabled parking during ASU commencement. A current ASU ID or valid driver's license is required to check out wheelchairs, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the WFA.
